Vanilla Almond Swirl

So I get asked all the time how do I live without dessert? The answer is…I don’t! I would die without dessert and balance for that matter. I am a Libra after all. In my opinion balance is key to any lifestyle.

Pictured above is one of my favorite late night go-to protein packed sweet treats, my Vanilla Almond Swirl! Sound interested…give it a whirl.

You will need:

- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

- Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (I like the tartness)

- Almond Slivers

How to:

Combine protein powder with a couple tablespoons of almond milk (less is more here) until you get a THICK consistency. Add 1/4 c Greek yogurt and mix. Garnish with almond slivers and place in freezer for 20-30min for an ice cream consistency…enjoy!
