I think we can all agree that baking cookies is about as nostalgic as it gets. So what happens when you’re feeling nostalgic and in contest prep? You bake healthy cookies!

I’ve been a cookie monster for as long as I can remember so naturally Gaspari’s MyoFusion in Peanut Butter Cookie Dough is at the top of my list for go-to protein. Aaaaaand like¬†any cookie loving bikini gal I love creating new ways to meet my daily nutritional goals in delicious and creative ways! The recipe below is a fun way to incorporate one of my favorite proteins into a healthy treat.

You will need:

- 2 scoops Gaspari MyoFusion Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein

- 2 tbsp All Natural Unsalted Peanut Butter

- 1 Cup Oats

- 2 Bananas

How to:

Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas in bowl, then mix in Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein and peanut butter. Once smooth add oats and mix. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon mixture in rounded tablespoons about 2″ apart. Place in oven and cook for 12-14 minutes. Once golden take out of oven and place on cooling rack. Makes approx 20 mini treats. Enjoy!
