Soooo if you haven’t noticed by now, most of my meals are based around seafood and non-meat items, and that’s because I’m a Pescatarian. A Pesca-what? A Pescatarian…think pesce, which means fish in Italian, or pescado in Spanish. Very similar to a Vegetarian except for the addition of seafood.

I wasn’t raised to eat this way, I’ve actually had an interesting variety of meat over the years, but this was a choice I made about 8 years ago and it just feels right. I do however cook meals with meat, I just don’t post them because they obviously are cooked for others which means I have no idea if they are good or not (my guess is that they are amazing!). haha
